- Kevin reviews your intake. Every submission is read personally. If we're a fit, you'll hear back within 2 business hours with a booking link.
- You pick a time. We'll get your free 30-minute consult on the calendar. It's a video call either way, whether you want in-home sessions or remote coaching.
- We get to work. If it's a match, you leave with a clear picture of what training involves and a plan to move forward.
