c. Information from Scheduling
- Scheduling data: you first submit our intake form through Tally. Kevin reviews it personally and e‑mails you a Calendly link to schedule your free consultation. When you book through that link, we receive your name, e‑mail, and appointment details, which sync to Google Calendar.

- Schedule and conduct dog training consultations (in your home or via Google Meet)
- Personalize training recommendations based on your dog's profile
- Send confirmation and follow-up messages related to your appointments

- We do not store payment card numbers. Stripe handles all payment security
No system is 100% secure. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you promptly.

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
